Carp Fishing

Another blank session for Dobbo but he felt it was well worth the effort as the time on the bank now should help with future sessions in the Spring and Summer.

On arriving he went for a walk at the lake and he found fish at the far end of the lake showing and topping so decided to fish the second to last swim on the lake. The water in the swims at the far end are very shallow, this however did give him the chance to try different rigs and methods.

Although as previously stated it finished up being a blank he did manage 3 aborted takes and several line bites. Surely it can only get better and he is now looking forward to fishing Gingerbread on Tuesday next.
